Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any products from The Free Design Initiative. By ordering products from The Free Design Initiative and its pages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that we reserve the right to change at any time.
Placing an order at The Free Design Initiative is simple. Browse all of our products on the shop page. Add the item to your cart, then once ready, proceed to checkout. At the checkout stage you will be re-directed to the PayPal website from our checkout page, to complete the order. Therefore, it is important to keep your Order Confirmation and your Shipping Confirmation, once received. You will know your order has been successful when you receive your Order Confirmation summary via e-mail. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation through, please contact us at email@example.com
We ship by UPS. All orders that are shipped outside of the European Community could be subject to import duty and tax as we ship on a D.D.U basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
We do not know what these charges could be and if contacted via our shipper, you will need to pay these charges in order to receive your order. Please contact your local customs office for further details of charges. If you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal. For cash on delivery and bank transfer, please contact us at email@example.com
If your product for some unlikely reason needs some love and care, we are happy to receive it back for repair. We advise you to contact us pr email to discuss the possibilities of repair. The repair (unless additional materials are necessary) is free of charge but the shipping costs including shipping insurance both ways is paid by you.
The Free Design Initiative never provides your information to third parties. All information entered on the site is encrypted and secure. We care for the security and privacy of all our customers.
Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any product represented on the website without express written permission by us.
